Colorado Screw Machine was opened in 1962. CSM started out with three screw machines, one lathe and one mill. We have grown tremendously since and now have all of the equipment necessary to take care of all your machining needs. Check out our equipment page.

Fred Hatfield, the current owner went to work at CSM in 1964 and in 1968 he became a partner of the company with Ted Patterson. In 1978, Fred bought out Ted and has been the sole owner since. |
